Question 1

How do I submit a repair request?

Accepted Answer

Use the repair request form to share your contact details, the machine’s Tennessee city or town, county, and ZIP code, equipment type and make/model, observed symptoms, whether the machine is down, and your requested urgency. Machine hours are optional. You can add up to five optional JPG, PNG, or WebP photos, up to 5 MB each. Describe what you observe in your own words rather than guessing at a mechanical cause.

Question 2

What does Mudline Match do with my request?

Accepted Answer

Mudline Match reviews requests and may share one with an independent repair provider when a suitable connection is available. Mudline Match connects customers with providers; it does not perform repairs or charge providers.

Question 3

What should I expect from an independent repair provider?

Accepted Answer

Repairs are provided directly by independent companies. If a provider follows up, that company discusses its availability, the work, and next steps with you directly. Submitting a request does not guarantee provider availability or a match.
